- You may also submit a Return Request through your account on our website.
- Simply log into your KiraGrace customer account,
- Click Complete Orders under your account menu
- Click Return Item(s) and select the item(s) you'd like to return
- Click Submit Return Request when complete.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the Return Request is sent
- Our Team is off duty on Saturday and Sunday, so if you submit an online return request over the weekend, we will reply on Monday.
